This is a wide overmantel mirror designed in the Empire style. It features a rich burl-wood grain finish veneer frame complemented by a black upper panel and detailed gold-toned ornamentation.
The top section features a black frieze decorated with gilded floral and leaf motifs, flanked by round rosettes at the corners. The side columns and bottom base are finished in a warm burl-wood veneer pattern with additional gold-toned accents at the top and base of the frame.
Condition: Fair/Good, veneer is scuffed on some parts of the frame
