All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products - pre-owned luxury goods and original artworks - we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

Condition Disclosure

All items are sold in as-described condition. We make every effort to photograph and detail each item accurately, including any signs of wear. If you require additional information or photos before purchasing, please feel free to contact us.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that an item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Authenticity Guarantee

All designer handbags are carefully vetted for authenticity. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.

    • Viewing is strictly by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse appointments at our discretion.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • Minka’s Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.

    • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for order processing and communication.

    • We accept payment via EFTPOS, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before collection or shipping.
